The service

Pitchside is a Chrome extension that shows football scores, fixtures, tables, statistics and analysis in your browser’s side panel, together with this website. It is run by Mubashir Mohd Shoukat (“we”, “us”). By installing the extension or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Pitchside.

Your account

To use Pitchside, you sign in with Google. You must be at least 13, and if you are under 18 you need a parent’s or guardian’s permission. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your Google account secure.

Free trial

New accounts can try Pro free for 7 days. You do not need to give any payment details to start the trial, and you are not charged when it ends: Pro simply switches off. If you want to keep it, you can subscribe from the extension’s settings once the trial is over.

The trial is offered once per person. We may refuse or end a trial that is used to get around this, for example through repeated new accounts.

Buying Pro

Pro is sold as a monthly or annual subscription at the price shown when you subscribe. Taxes such as VAT or GST are added where they apply.

Our order process is run by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the merchant of record for all our orders. Paddle takes your payment, handles sales tax, and deals with billing questions and refunds. Your purchase is also covered by Paddle’s buyer terms.

Renewal and cancellation

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each month or year, at the then-current price, until you cancel. We will tell you before any price change applies to you.

You can cancel at any time from the extension’s settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal: you keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds

If you are not happy, you can get a full refund of any payment within 14 days of being charged, whether it was your first payment or a renewal. Email hello@pitchside.today from the address on your account, or contact Paddle directly using the link in your receipt. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Paddle, and your Pro access ends when the refund is made.

After 14 days, payments are not refundable, except where the law says otherwise or the service has had a serious problem that we could not fix. This does not affect any rights you have under consumer law where you live.

Using Pitchside fairly

Please do not:

• copy, scrape or resell data from Pitchside or its servers, or call our servers other than through the extension and this website;
• try to get Pro features without paying, or get around the limits of the free plan;
• disrupt, overload or break into the service;
• use Pitchside for anything illegal.

We may suspend or close accounts that do.

Football data

Scores, fixtures and statistics come from third-party sources, and some of our analysis is calculated from them. We work hard to get them right, but live data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and we cannot guarantee it. Do not rely on Pitchside for betting or any financial decision.

Pitchside is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any league, club, player or data provider. Team names, crests and competition logos belong to their owners and are shown only to identify them.

Our content

The extension, this website, and the design, code and analysis in them belong to us. You may use them for your own personal use under these terms. Ideas you share on the feedback board are welcome, and we are free to use them without owing you anything.

Changes to the service

We are always improving Pitchside, so features may change, and coverage of a competition may change if its data stops being available. If we remove something important from Pro, we will tell you first, and you can cancel and get a refund for the unused part of a paid period.

Ending

You can stop using Pitchside and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. If we ever shut Pitchside down, we will give you notice and refund the unused part of any paid period.

Liability

Pitchside is provided “as is”. We do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or removes rights you have as a consumer where you live.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the courts of India, unless consumer law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your own country. Please contact us first: most problems can be solved with an email.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change matters, we will tell you in the extension or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using Pitchside after that, you accept the new terms.
